When you have provided your customers or team members with an access to your account, you can easily send them short notes of what they should do or check. They can do the same thing, so there is no need to use other services for such tasks.

How do I create a new note?

Click Notes in the left hand menu.

Click New note.

Add a subject.

Type in a description.

Click Create.

Your note will appear on the notes dashboard.
How can I share a note with other users?
All the notes can be shared with users that have an access to your account.
Just click and select the role you want a certain note to be shared with.
